Easy Pancake Recipe

You want to eat less animal products but don’t want to compromise in taste? Then you must try my mouthwatering pancake recipe! This is a plain basic recipe version and can be varied in many different ways. Add the batter to the pan and simply place some fresh blueberries, bananas or other fruits on top before you flip them. For my chocolate lovers, I suggest to add cacao powder to the batter or top the pancakes with chocolate chips before flipping. Are you the plain, fruity or chocolate person? Let me know in the comments for which option you have decided!
