This fluffy hummus is an all time favorite and used as a spread on pita bread. Extremely good in combination with homemade falafel or vegetable sticks.

Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cups canned chickpeas
- 2 gloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder, grounded
- Juice of half lemon
- 2–3 tbsp chickpea water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- First of all, drain and rinse the chickpeas
- Keep the chickpea water for other recipes where you need vegan whipped egg whites
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender
- Blend until you get a smooth paste
- If the paste is too dry just add a little bit more chickpea water
- Drizzle in the olive oil while blending
- Remove the creamy dip from the blender
- Decorate the hummus with red paprika powder and olive oil
